If you believe the internet and other media sources, there are holy-war debates over which foods are the most and least healthy. In fact, though, there’s significant agreement among experts about what constitutes a healthy diet. And it’s not that complicated.
We’re confused because of health-diet industry revenue interests ($35 billion a year spent in the U.S. on scam weight loss products), powerful food lobbies that influence government, poor communication from the media/science communities, and predictable consumer habits.
This session will clear away the confusion. We’ll uncover the non-controversial basics of healthy and fun eating; the common terrain that everyone can occupy whether you’re vegan, paleo, or anything else. And a simple, practical, foolproof method for planning and preparing food that’s good for you. We’ll also discuss which supplements can truly help shore up your eating plan to fill in occasional nutrition gaps.
