Meditation relates to your brain like agility drills relate to athletic performance. More meditation means more mindfulness, along with all of the benefits: mental clarity, emotional resilience, stress reduction, more gratitude and greater overall life satisfaction.
Our meditation session is open to anyone, and always includes beginning and more advanced practitioners. You’ll learn how to meditate, and you’ll understand and experience why it makes sense. And you’ll learn how to bring mindfulness practice from the meditation session into everyday life. Each session includes both discussion and a guided meditation.
